Service Description

Enjoy your next celebration for up to 70 people (including all children) at our very special venue. As well as being a warm, vintage inspired cafe we have three play spaces aimed at little people aged 1-4 years. With our Barista option your guests will be able to choose from our Saturday function drinks menu, we'll serve them Barista made coffee and a selection of cold drinks. There is a minimum spend required for drinks ($285) payable prior to your function (approx. 50 drinks). When you choose 'Full Venue Hire with Barista' the cost is $660 ($375 for exclusive hire + $285 min spend on drinks)


Venue Hire Agreement

All policies are outlined in the Venue Hire Agreement. This must be read and agreed to.


Full Agreement to be read and accepted. Below are the payment and cancellation terms.

 

Confirmation & Payment Terms
A booking is confirmed only once the required 50% deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the event.
If payment is not received by the due date, Little Teapot may cancel the booking.
Barista option only: Any additional drinks purchased over the minimum amount paid prior to the event is payable at the end of the function. Little Teapot staff will advise the Hirer when the minimum amount has been reached during the function.

Cancellations & Refunds
More than 6 weeks’ notice: Deposit refundable, less a $50 administration fee.
1 week to 6 weeks’ notice: Deposit is non‑refundable; any additional payments will be refunded.
Less than 7 days’ notice: No refunds will be issued.
If Little Teapot must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, emergencies, power outage), a full refund will be provided.
